Refund Policy

 

truemployee.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") takes pride in the services delivered by us and continuously strives for your satisfaction with our services and support.

It is stated that truemployee.com is a search engine / listings provider whose database  can be accessed by subscribers/ clients upon payment of a fee, valid for a limited number of listings and for  certain period of time, depending upon the packages subscribed to.

We do not provide any employees directly nor do we imply that in anyway .

Our platform is designed in such a way that it is populated by crowd sourcing ,i.e.  general public is invited to upload their profiles directly to the platform and employers,desiring of hiring them , contact them directly after getting their contact numbers from truemployee.com upon payment of a subscription fee.

The liability of the service is limited to providing the paid for number of listings to the subscribers. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to  directly contact with the prospective employees and settle with them the terms of employment, verification, past history and proficiency etc are to be verified and checked by the employers themselves.

Truemployee.com does not take any responsibility or assume any liability in this respect . It is just a listings provider where people desiring jobs upload their profiles and prospective employers search for suitable employees.

Please note, these Refund Policy Guidelines are in addition and are to be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Policy and any other Terms of Use or Guidelines connected with the use of the Platform. By using the Platform as well as this Program, you explicitly agree to be bound by the Terms provided therein. Any term not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to it under the Terms of Use.

For every genuine refund requests, the refund shall be processed only after the cancellation request has been processed.

However, there are instances where we may find it difficult to process the refund. In such circumstances, as mentioned below, the company should not be made liable for refund to any User:

Due to the occurrence of an impossible and unavoidable circumstance/event (i.e. Force Majeure); or

If the refund request does not come within the criteria of refund provided by the Company (as mentioned below); or hacking of service by unscrupulous criminal elements.

Following are the details of Refund Policy applicable on services provided by truemployee.com

Refundable Categories of Service:

All subscribers have an option  for a Full or Partial Refund, depending on fulfilling the Refund Eligibility, as mentioned below.

 

Eligibility for Refund:

A Customer shall be eligible for a refund if the following conditions are satisfied:

All requests for refund shall be submitted within 30 days of availing/requesting the service from the Platform.

Following the receipt of confirmation of payment from their respective Bank with regards to the transaction made on the Platform, the ‘Active Contacts’ of the Customer is not activated.

When the Customer is not able to find the Workers they were looking for on the Platform, for the following reasons:

When the Customer was unable to  contact  with any of the Workers mentioned in the listings provided by the platform

Every Worker’s phone number was invalid  or Not Available/Reachable.

Payment processed, but none of  the Workers were not contactable. 

Refund is not permissible if the subscriber was able to contact any of the workers and unable to settle terms of employment with them.

 

Refund Process:

In order to request a refund, the Customer needs to ensure that the following steps are followed:

submit their requests via email/ phone or regular mail directly to truemployee.com.

Submit your Transaction Details (Your Name as per our records, membership details , Amount Paid, Date of Transaction & Reason for Refund and e-mail it to contact@truempmloyee.com.

Once the request for refund is submitted, our representative would get in touch with the User for any further details, if required. If all the required information is in place, our representative would get in touch with every individual whose contacts were activated in your ‘seen listings list. Once the representatives are done with the validation of your request at our end, they shall confirm your refund via e-mail.

If your request is valid, your money will be refunded within 7-15 working days of your submission of details.  

Under the circumstances, that we find your request to be invalid, our representative would get in touch with you for further clarity and try to resolve the issue by providing free credits enabling renewed search for the employees.

Mode of Refund : by jazzcash or bank transfer to the person/ account who originally paid for the service.

The decision of truemployee.com shall be final regarding refund. Client/ customers who disagree can forward their request for reconsideration to our customer services department.

All disputes/ matters  shall be setled as per laws of Pakistan as per terms and conditions of service and as per the above refund policy.
